PISWIN has been specifically setup to achieve the requirement of the company. The program automatically runs the calculation of salary, wage and OT hours from time keeping data, and matches the data to employees’ shifts or working hours except for the advance from the company and loan from the company in case of emergency, such as flood. It will show the deficit, if not match. After that, HR staff checks with the approved leave requisition form. The leave requisition form has to be signed by requester, authorized approval (supervisor or manager) and HR staff. In case of taking leave without approval, PISWIN will show status ‘J’ and will not calculate for salary payment and post notice on the HR board asking for explanation from the employee. In case of the employees forget to record time attendance, late coming or early going back, they should inform in written and send a time attendance requisition form to their department manager, then HR officers will check the approved before keeping it in HR department.
