Although much of the northern half of Canada is sparsely populated, especially by the indigenous Inuit peoples, most of Canada's population lives in the southern half in large, bustling cities--such as in Toranto and Winnipeg. In these southern cities, culture and entertainment thrive in Canada's museums, performing arts venues, clubs and architecture. According to the Niagara Falls Tourist Guide, 16 percent of Canada's population is made up of immigrants, who bring with them a worldly and cultural ambiance to the country.
