The motivation for the above scenarios was that minimum change should be brought in the working of doctors, as they were very resistive to change. Their cooperation is essential for the successful change.
We assume that the responsible persons would be able to change the process as required. Various parameters that were measured in the experimentation were as follows:
1. Time spent and Queue lengths;
2. Resource utilization;
3. Work in Progress.
Results from all scenarios for parameter have been tabulated together to facilitate easy comparison.
