May i have to clarify the rules on bonus payment by the company for genaral of thailand. Is calculated on the base salary, other welfare excluding in the calcuation for annual bonus. But the law clearly stated that thailand does not have to be combined set to be base bonus. So The marketing department will get the bonus 1.3% that HR agreed with management team ,which received more then all department of CCS company . If Khun Li agreed to be pay a base salary plus welfare to serve as a base to calculate the bonus. Then have i adjustment all department setting base to calculate bonus as well.
