Online and mobile platforms will see their media usage rate grow by 50% in the next few years as they are used by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as a tool to reach consumers, say leading advertising agencies.
SMEs like to use internet and mobile advertising to connect with their customers because it is more efficient and less expensive than mass media such as TV, said Suthisak Sucharittanonta, chairman and chief creative officer of BBDO Bangkok.
