CUSTOMER REPLACABLE UNITS (CRU)
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Thank you for taking the option of CRU for your parts replacement.
Please note that the defective part is required to be returned within 10 business days of the replacement part being issued, unless a valid Parts Retention contract is held.
When you have completed the replacement of your part please:
• Complete the RED sticker (in pouch) with the RMA number, Task/Case or SR number (as per sheet in pouch) and adhere the sticker to box
• Record the serial & part numbers of the defective part you are returning.
