My client, Abbvie, had enrolled SAN online since last week, but till date they still have not gotten any updates from Symantec.
Here’s the email they received from Symantec, and nothing else after that.
The SAN enrollment supposed to take only 3 business days. But no news from Symantec till date.
We need to place the order urgently. Can you help on this? Or if you can link us to Symantec?
