Responsibilities:
• Develop merchandise mix, promotional plan and visual merchandising for support fashion
• Manage Sales , category ,GP analysis and control stock (checking and manage the appropriate ordering)
•Acquire new brands and grow existing fashion brands aggressively
• Plan ahead and work with suppliers to develop new collection to match with market trend
• Visit stores and competitors and conduct analysis for strategy improvement
• Co-ordinate with suppliers and marketing team to do brand events or roadshows.
