The protein content of the drinks was measured around
0.56 ± 0.02 g/100 mL, initially. The addition of 2.5% Peptan™, F
type hydrolyzed collagen increased the protein content of the
CJD to 2.22–2.48 g/100 mL. The results of the collagen analysis
conform to the amount of addition.The hydrolyzed collagen
addition facilitates production of protein enhanced nutritional
drinks.
