Corporate Finance Analyst
Overview
The Corporate Finance Analyst is involved in a variety of strategic functions including strategic investment, business development, and M&A activity.
Responsibilities:
Conduct project feasibility study to assess new investment/business opportunities from both financial and non-financial aspects.
Create financial models to evaluate strategic projects/initiatives.
Evaluate strategic growth opportunities through M&A.
Liaise with internal departments and extenal parties including financial advisors and legal advisors.
Create presentation materials and present findings for management team and relevant committees.
Prepare reports and financial analysis for various management team meetings and ad-hoc requests.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Management, Accounting, Economics or related field.
A few years of related experience, preferably in investment banking/investment analysis/corporate finance is preferred.
CFA is a plus.
