Mint has the potential to become a great manager. He is enthusiastic and keen to do well. He has worked extremely hard to improve his attendance and lateness. This has ensured he has been able to be promoted and considered for development within D&D.
With training and drive from himself Mint now needs to complete managerial tasks, staffing schedule, staff reviews, waste controls, driving sales etc.
He is more than capable. Time with his direct line manager will give him the correct guidance to progress.
Mint needs to direct others in the way he operates himself.
