Custard
1. Mix whipping cream and milk together in a pot but take out one cup and set aside. Bring to a boil cream mixtures in a pot with high heat.
2. Whisk sugar and eggs together but try not to creat bubbles.
3. Once the cream mixtures is boiling gradually add in eggs mixtures 3 separated times.
4. Strain mixtures with fine sieve or mash.
5. Pour over caramel in a pan and bake with hot water bath baking 280'F for about 30-45 minutes.
6. Leave till cool then chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 night.
7. Use paring knife run around the custard and cake pan. Cover cake pan with bigger plate and quickly flip the cake pan over.
8. Garnish with your choice of fruits.
