This study job satisfaction study in the work of accounting and finance employee Department of finance. The ministry of education and sports, Lao People’s Democratic Republic to the satisfaction of the person’s behavior is different for each person and how to see the work of individuals (work orientation) may not be sufficient, but in the satisfaction with various aspects of the work of the employee but a smash in the faith and values of their query, We use to measure the orientation to work. The satisfaction measurement work narrate index work (JDI) developed by measuring satisfaction in work and retirement and personal values that are measured by the survey. The query of our sample group consists of 70 peoples workers from the Department of Ministry of education and sports is have females and males 70 people, we found that 41.9% of respondents consider their job as a profession 37.6% which is a job and the job satisfaction is high 20.5% among the lowest group of “call” and “work” in the group. There is no significant difference in sexual orientation behavior of the respondents of the study, Our study showed that the value types achievement and hedonism and satisfaction with promotion were significant predictors of the career orientation, while the value type benevolence and satisfaction with the present job were predictors of the work orientation. Dissatisfaction with work was the major predictor of the job orientation. Furthermore, length of employment was positively associated with both the calling and job orientation, but negatively associated with the career orientation.
