• The client's situation corresponds to how she talks about herself.
• The client's expectations correspond to what she is looking for. The verbs she uses are generally: I want, I wish, It should, I desire, I am looking for, I would like...; or a "yes" to a closed question such as "If I understand you correctly, you wish to be able to..."
