I'm happy about the final outcome, which is a 100 baht discount code, but I'm disappointed by receiving an inconplete order, as well as the time it took to resolve my case. I had to chase you guys all the time with someone only calling me after 3 emails sent! The way my case should have been solved is the following: I notify you about the incomplete order. You call me that day or the following one, apologize for the inconvenience caused and offer me the discount coupon. I am hoping i won't have any similar issue moving forward.
