In addition, the Contractor shall regulary make readily available and provide an update of work procedures, drawings, manuals, inspection sheets (including the updated drawings, plant history records and updated operation and maintenance manual), Record Sheet and any other document which is related to operation and maintenance activities of each item of equipment and/or system in the Project Facilities via the Owner’s intranet system. Furthermore, the Owner shall provide the Contractor with the necessary office facilities, which shall be mutually agreed by both Parties, for uploading the updates. For the Record Sheet, the Contractor shall make available in the Owner’s intranet system within 24-hours after it has been certified by the Owner.
