Key responsibilities:
Project Document Management: Incoming and Outgoing correspondence & Submission both internal and external parties to submit, record, tracking, and maintain.
Managing, recording and controlling the Log-sheet, MDR (Master Document Register), Customer Submission list, share point and overall project documents management in a proper way
Generating and Controlling the document number for project document identification number
Performing the other tasks assigned by Project Administrator
Coordinating all tasks related to document management of the project internal and external parties.
