1. Collaborate with Account Executives to perform customer acceptance including validation of customer’s credibility, validity and reliability.
2. Manage the customer order system and handle cancellations or changes in customer orders and communicate them effectively and promptly to all related departments.
3. Establish and operate communication channels for customers to obtain their feedback or to answer questions about product and orders.
4. Develop the customer relationship management (CRM) programme and engage key customers in product development through periodic visits, exploring specific needs, and anticipating new opportunities.
5. Collaborate with Finance to monitor the customer’s credit and assist in following up collection of receivables.
6. Gather and report the status of customer orders and sales information to management.
