3.3. Questionnaire design and data collection
This study uses a field survey questionnaire approach to collect
information from consumers who purchase skincare products and
cosmetic products. The questionnaire is divided into six sections.
Section 1 is the basic information for consumers, mainly to analyze
the common characteristics of consumer clusters. Section 2 discusses
the sources of direct selling product information to understand
the main factors asto why consumers have a certain
experience in purchasing direct selling products and to understand
the reasons. It then uses this questionnaire to investigate the consumer’s
perceptions of direct selling. Section 3 presents the sources
of direct marketing product information, using this knowledge to
investigate how consumers get information on cosmetic products,
and how they are purchased. Section 4 is the customer’s consumer
purchase behavior, which investigates whether the consumer has a
different behavior when purchasing cosmetic products. Section 5 is
