We need to have a more strong record and use of our current “normal” documents to make sure our record is more correct!
As you know I mention some about deviation to K. Janya and she explode, which I think was unnecessary (again). I did
not complain, I had not write a email or talk about warning etc., I just mention what I have seen, in what I see as a polite way.
K. Janya wanted to make it a big problem and start her normal routine when she feel something is unsatisfied and I feel she
make a big “scene” out of this.
I have stated very clearly to K. Janya, that if I see similar again for any Manager I will (and shall) mention this again – this I
expect (demand) that Managers do if their staff have deviation from their normal time.
Nevertheless, our record should be more clear and use of example “ change day” should also be used even this is Manager, so
when we make an overview, this is as correct as possible (I know we can not record work at home). Also when we go to dinner
with costumers ( I see this as a part of our Job) we will record time until 9 pm.
