We already have the number of samples received on a daily basis on a separate spreadsheet. We know that the lab requires 3.6 million baht to break even but with the increase in costs due to extra sales will have changed that goal post a little. I would be difficult to predict the number of samples required to breakeven because it will depend on the number of tests/type of tests requested. But, with the data I have at present I can try and come up with a model based on average number of tests.
The lab has initiated a number of promotions over the last week which based on past performance should spark some interest, but the important thing is the conversion of sales contacts/meetings to actual contracts.
We can discuss further as a group during the meeting on Wednesday
