3.3. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC)
DSC of specimens was performed using a model Q100 DSC, TA
Instruments. The data was collected using heat and cool method.
Specimens were heated up to 190 C at a ramp rate of 10 C/min,
and cooled under the similar ramp rate. The melting points, and
heat of crystallization reported are from the heating cycle. The
crystallization temperature and heat of fusion are from the cooling
cycle.
Data analyses of DMA, CLTE, and DSC results were carried out
on software ‘‘Universal Analysis” and three replications of each
examination were performed.
