almost all the previous information available on the
microbial compositions of the traditional fermented dairy products
was performed by using traditional and 16S rRNA gene analysis. In
this study, 198 Tarag samples were collected from different regions
around Eastern Inner Mongolia, from which 790 isolates of LAB
were isolated. Then not only 16S rRNA gene sequences but also
DGGE analysis were used to identify and classify the isolates more
accurately.
