3. Job Description
1. Sales of industrial Component (Induction Motor, Switches and Inverter) to Thailand Market.
2. Dealing with Master Dealers, Customers or any other business partners.
3. Conduct Technical training, Sales training to customers and business partners.
4. Responsible for representing the industrial product to customers.
5. Promote total solution business of Drive Systems and Power Distribution products
6. Make sales action plan for the assigned products to achieve OR/SOG budget of each term.
7. Make monthly OR/SOG estimation and follow it up to hit as planned.
8. Take countermeasure if needed after checking PSI information of Master Dealers and the customers.
9. Solve technical and quality issues in cooperation with the factories.
10. Take care of daily business transaction (Quotation, Delivery, Product inquiry, etc.).
11. Check and study market situation to update competitors’ price, product line-up and promotion activities.
12. Cooperate with Master Dealers to get new information about new projects.
13. Cooperate with Master Dealers to make plans for incentive programs (SW) and sales activities.
14. Find new sales channels and open new key accounts.
15. Promote the assigned products to design & consultant companies in Thailand to be listed in their vendor list.
16. Share business information with sales executives/engineers and support them.
17. Share technical information and pre/after sales service know-how within Technical Service Center as a concurrent member of it.
