K. Nutsawitta asked for any progress from supplier directly. As far as I know supplier said hardware or firmware has some problem.
Supplier sent back to maker for fixing. Schedule for return cannot fix.
If so, please contact to this supplier to send the new one scanner replacement. We don’t need to wait for fixing process.
If it’s possible, can we consider for another supplier.
