For a problem about printer. We have some time regarding the paper jam 1-2 times/week and other case 2-3 times /month (in case we have high printing volume per day.
But we have 6 Ricoh printers in each departments. And split the area and users make matching the ability and functional of printer which able to support all users in each departments.
For temp & humidity in the office area. Air condition to making a temp 25-28 degrees, I think , it should be making comfortable all of devices and users working.
We have 5 Ricoh MPC2551 in each depts. and 1 Ricoh MPC 3501 in central office area. All users in my location around 75 users.
