Preparation of tea infusion Accurately weighed 3 g of
made tea sample was transferred into the glass baker.
About 80 mL of redistilled water was added to the samples,
and then the baker was placed on a hot plate. When the
water in the glasses reached the boiling temperature of the
samples, the samples were heated for more 5 min after
which they were cooled to room temperature. Cooled
solution were filtered and quantitatively transferred into the
volumetric flask of 100 mL, which was then diluted with
redistilled water.
