It also bears full expenses of treatment of any injuries incurred in workinghours.Moreover, adequate and facilitated arrangement of canteen, safe drinking waters, and hygienic lavatories ensure that workers are comfortable with thework place. To assist workers financially in their emergency, Wonderchild has created a fund which extends interest-free loan. For the entertainment ofworkers and their family, Wonderchild arranges every year entertainment programs for all the workers and during King’s birthday a local cultural feastfestival.
