Hi Konnika, we are yet to receive the goods from tnt. I believe that the goods had arrived in Kuala Lumpur on 5th March, since then no one from tnt had contacted us pertaining the customs clearance . Since no response from them, I had initiated by calling them on 8th of march to the customer service to chase for their response and only two days after my approach only someone from their operations called me. And the subsequently we had to call them to chase them instead of them contacting us. Up till now we are still waiting for them to deliver our goods . We are upset and loosing our patience. Kindly help us to get tnt Thailand to look into this poor quality of service. Hence for our next shipment we will consider using our own transporter.
