Ngao Waterfall is a famous waterfall significant to the Province of Ranong. The National Park is perched across 417,500 Rai of land. It was announced as a National Park on June 3, 1999. The highlight of this National Park is the Ngao Waterfall which runs down from a steep cliff. It can be seen from very long distances. The water pressure is strongest in June while it is advisable for visits from November to April. Ngao Waterfall and its surrounding area is habitat to an untouched group of wild animals such as the Chao Fah Crab.
