we apologise again for the problem occurred, find her follow our comments to Egat complains:
1. Insulator (scratch)
COELME - We will forward the complain to our supplier asking for evaluation/replacement of the claimed insulators, we will keep informed
2. Corona plate (due to improper packing)
COELME - We will send the corona plates claimed, please confirm if the total quantity and type is the one listed on the last excell file or if we have to add also the ones claimed on the previous e-mail (total q.ty: no. 5 plates code P0006242 and no. 1 plate cod P0006243)
3. Mobile live part (due to improper packing, deep scratch on mobile arm)
COELME - We will send the claimed housing covers (total no. 5 pieces). About the scratch on the tube, it can be easily restored by cleaning it with sand paper
4. Fixed contact (Welding problem, many pieces used (old, not brand new)
COELME - we will replace the contact which present defect on the welding (please inform us about the no. of these contact). About the one evaluated as "old", we assure that they are not old but they were produced some time ago and stored outside, for this reason they appear different from the other. We do not think necessary their replacement, let us know your thinking.
5. Driving shaft support (piece missing)
COELME - we will send the missing piece. We would like underline that also in this case that the component are not old, it is only little oxidated because it is stored aoutside
