The proposed off-line SPE/CE-UV method is a reliable, expeditious
analytical tool using a simple background electrolyte and
the normal polarity mode for the determination of antioxidants
(rosmarinic and caffeic acid) potentially present in VOO after
enrichment with natural herbs in different ways. The method
was optimised by examining the effects of all variables potentially
influencing separation and the quality of the signals for the target
analytes in oil extracts.
