I wanted to check and see if we were all on the same wavelength when we send out the quotations for " module replacement", I think we have agreed that when we quote a module replacement it should be clear on the quotation that we are taking back the "old module in exchange. So the quotation should show some " core credit amount" or " deduction from some amount quoted. The reason this is important is that if we can get a few modules back we can start a " module overhaul scheme" and re-sell, rent or lease to a customer to solve problems like lead time or emergency air, and at the same time increase our aftermarket margins. If anyone feels different or wants to add something please feel free to do so.
