From the results of geopositioning accuracy in Figs. 5 and 6, we
see that (1) with the shift bias compensation model and minimal
one GCP, accuracy of better than 1.43 m in planimetry and 1.80 m
in height was achieved using the pre-seismic IKONOS stereo pairs,
and accuracy better than 1.79 min planimetry and 2.50 min height
was achieved using the post-seismic IKONOS stereo pairs. The results
show that the shift compensation model might be suitable
for the case that there are only a few GCPs in the earthquake area
