To enable the organisation to deliver its strategic objectives by building the right capabilities in the sales and marketing teams. This will be done by creating a Training Needs Analysis for each country’s Sales and Marketing teams. This will entail those competencies and their benchmarks for all the sales and marketing roles in that country are defined and each individual is assessed on their Role Competency Profiles. Based on the gaps identified, appropriate learning interventions like projects, E- learning, books and classroom training will be suggested. Wherever possible, this training will be customised to suit the team.
