Additional items were added to the data collection instruments to assess individual
perceptions related to self-awareness and organizational performance of collaboration and
servant leadership. The scores for nurses, physicians, and residents related to self-perception
as role models for collaboration (M¼3.39, 3.22, and 3.24, respectively) and scores related
to whether other nurses and physicians in the organization are perceived as role models for
collaboration (M¼2.53, 2.70, and 2.71, respectively) are reported. Regarding servant
leadership, physicians’ and nurses’ self-perceptions of whether they consider themselves as
servant leaders (M¼3.32 and 2.92, respectively) and whether the organizational leadership
practices servant leadership (M¼2.83 and 2.45, respectively) are also reported.
