As mentioned during the Pipeline review, you are each required to define a customer visiting plan (last week and next week), based on your opportunities. Please feel free to add more opportunities in the attached sheet, and don’t forget to add them in Philos.
Attached is the template to be used which has been divided into weeks ie. w24, w25, w26. Please fill-out the columns accordingly:
Visit : mark “x” which customers you visited last week, and plan to visit next week.
Action Plan : a list of steps/tasks/activities necessary to achieve your goal
Outcome : results or output
