Fo - 1. For Perfetti - The main service they used to us is the custom Clearance & Export Shipment 2. Quality Gloves - Export Air shipment & 3. Ellison - Export Air shipment.

On One or more products or services that they customer could use, but currently don't.

Us- Aside from the services that this regular customer enjoy from us they can also used other product that we can offered like the trucking and Import freight shipment. I think they did not used them because they used other nominated forwarder for their inbound shipment and nominated trucker for pick up or delivery which is less cost from them and they can control the charges and monitor shipment easily.

Every company have their organizational structure and the importance on this you will know who is your head or bosses are and also you know what is level of position that you have to your company .

As Pricing Officer I must know the product and services I can offered to our customer because how can I quote charges if I don't know what services I can sell to them. And also since I perform as customer service ,any query that I will get even thru email or phone I must know what will be answer which is mostly the question is the services that we have and I must confident in answering them so they can feel that I know what I'm talking about and trust can build with them that GAC is one of the company they looking for. Knowing your product and services is the great factor why we get business to our client. If you know and confident for all the thing that you said or doing so more secure shipment and booking will be get by your company. smile
