Findings further showed that teachers’classroom management effectiveness is a powerful motivator of student’s learning. As regards the hypotheses, for hypothesis one, there was nosignificant difference between female and male teachers in their perception on effective classroom management techniques. For hypothesis two, there was no significant difference among principals, vice-principals and teachers
in their perception regarding the effects of teachers classroom management
effectiveness on students learning. Based on the findings, the study
recommends that school principals should constantly organize seminars and
workshops for teachers to get them acquainted with the effective classroom
management techniques.
