5. Conclusion
Although the number of people using the Internet in
Taiwan has now surpassed four million, amazingly only
50 percent of this country’s international tourist hotels
and tour wholesalers have established web sites.Among
the three criteria in this study used for analyzing the
content of web sites, the ‘‘user interface’’ category was
rated good for both hotels and tour wholesalers.Among
