Conclusion of investigation as followings:
1) Booking for M/M Lund made by Khun Vasasasiphas Assistant Chief concierge only go through in a bangkoknoi canal and comeback to the hotel in one and half hour.
2) Guests reached to Hotel Pier on 12 August 2016 at 10.06 hrs. Khun Akekalak Security Guard on duty replaced for Boat Master met the guests explained detail of a boat ride to canal.
3) Khun Samruay Long-Tail Boat Driver admitted that when he past into the canal as plan at Taladplu floating market, There were 10 stall market boat parking for waiting a tourists as usual, therefore he slow down the boat for sightseeing but not stopping theirs.
4) The other issue with guest mentioned with problem not start, Khun Samruay admitted that during a boat ride he found a garbage from a river got stuck in the propeller, therefore he must to stop engine the boat for pulled out the garbage it took around 5 minutes.
5) At 11.26 hrs. The Guests back to the hotel Khun Akekalak greeting welcome and asked with a feedback from the trip, the guests thank you for our service and did not mentioned anything.
As you may know for a long-tail Boat trip it’s look like and adventure tour because with speed, wave and some reason we can’t control in the river. I already reminded to All Security Staff ,Boat Master and Boat Driver must always aware bare in mind with excellent service to all our guests.
From Khun Robert mentioned all Boat Driver known well if anything a boat trip change from beginning plan, They must call report to Boat Master, Concierge or House Manager by phone of themselves. Apart from this case I will make sure to all Boat Driver have to inform everything even stop a boat in 5 minutes for our reference.
