14. Entire agreement
• Each party acknowledges that this Agreement and its conditions contain the entire
agreement between the parties and that there are no collateral agreements or
undertakings. Neither party has relied upon any oral or written representation made to it,
which is not included in this agreement. Subsequent modifications to this agreement must
be in writing and signed by both parties.
The parties to this Agreement have signed it on the day and year set forth below.
