Directions:
1) This is the listening comprehension test which will be taken into part of your qualifications to the job as for Customers’ complaint Division.
2) To take the test; you will be distributed customers’ complaint forms, and on the forms, there are sections about overall customer informations, nature of complaints and other related matters.
3) You are to act as a complaint takers. You will hear tape recorded complaints twice for each with a short pause between sections.
4) There will be time for you to look through the complaint form before the first listening. During the listening and in the pauses you can tick on appropriate boxes and write proper information in the fields provided.
