Just to confirm to you that I have no problems connecting to the UAT environment this AM
The screenshot below is from the Mass Stock Model Copy screen that we were not able to connect to last night
Please note that your version of the applications is not certified for IE 11 (I am using IE 10). But this has not been causing any issues for me anyhow.
So I understand the problem with connecting to the application at the end of last night’s session was due to service being restarted by the infra team?
I will also talk to our IT here at Jesta regarding speed issues if there is anything that can be done to improve this. I will let you know what comes of that discussion.
