Starting 1st of October we have implemented a new leave category for all (male) employees. As stated in our Work Rules and Regulations there is a dedicated maternity leave for women when they have children. Now there will be also an option for fathers to take a few days leave when they have a newborn. Eligible is everyone whose child is born after 1st October 2015.
Maximum amount of days: 3
To be taken within 3 months after the birth of the child.
Please provide the birth certificate to HR in case you take this kind of leave.
We will also create a new option “paternity leave” in the dropdown in Orange which can be chosen when taking this leave.
