This is special build request flow and part requirements may not treated as "per our Operations normal flow", we must understand customer requirements and create the new flow. Then, communicate to our front line team, Process Tech, Maintenance Tech, Supervisor and Operator.
This is lesson & learn for our team that a clear understand the customer requirement prior to create the flow and communication to front line team is key for our Operation success.
