We continue to make good progress toward our goal of being the #1 Global Workforce Solutions Company, and as you heard me talk about in the recent ‘Insights in 5’ video, our continued success depends heavily on our enablers - Strong and Connected Brands, Technology and especially on our People and Culture.
When I meet with so many of you I hear how proud you are of the work you do and the difference you make to people’s lives everyday. Working for a company that does well and does good is important to all of us and one of the many reasons ManpowerGroup is a great place to work. Strong collaboration, high ethical standards and top performance means we can attract and retain the best people and deliver services that help both our candidates and our clients win.
As you know, it’s critical too for us to hear from you on what we are doing well and where we can improve. Our ManpowerGroup Annual People Survey provides us the opportunity to do just that so please share your thoughts in this year’s survey which launches next week.
