I would like to set this rule for all HR staff regarding leave process. In principle as an HR staff, we are not only be viewed as the Rule controller, but we have to set an example of the right practice and behavior to the staff as well:
1. In urgent case, request to leave on the same day is acceptable via Line or phone
2. Your request must be sent or by call directly to your manager/supervisor. Leave request via friend or assistant and pass to your manager is not acceptable
3. When return, submit leave application to your manager on the first day that return
4. In general, Vacation is the planned leave not “Urgent Leave”
5. Sick leave or other leave from full half day onward require to submit leave application to your manager
