9) I was threatened in Phuket prison back in 2010 and am still being threatened by lawyers, inmates and guards. Recently lawyers I don’t know come to the prison and take me to a room and force me to sign documents I don’t understand.



10) I never met the woman from Bangkok who buy the house Natnapa Punditthai ….. The Land agent I think her name Siamon Teemun came to me and said this woman would pay me 2.5 million Baht for Colin Vard’s house 23/7.



11) I tell the land agent Siamon Teemun and the moneylenders who buy the land 23/3 that I have no power to sell the house or land because they belong to Colin Vard’s company. They said that they have contacts in the police and courts and for me not to worry.



12) At Phuket land office at the end of May 2010 when I sign over the house 23/7 to Natnapa Punditthai I am not paid the 2.5 million Baht agreed. I was handed just 500,000 Baht in cash. Siamon Teemun tried to trick me to get into a car. I really feared that they were going to take me away and kill me. My friend saw what they do. My family and I leave Phuket that night in fear of our lives.



13) Siamon Teemun worked with her friend the Bank Manager to steal Colin Vard’s house. I hear them joke that Natnapa Punditthai have no money to buy the house and all the money went to the bank manager.



14) The Land Office staff know Siamon Teemun very well. Just like with Ananda Estates they take care of everything to steal Colin Vard’s properties. The Land Office manager lie to Colin every time he went to the land office telling him that his company own all the houses.



14) The Bank manager I think paid the 2.5 million Baht for me to Siamon Teemun so she could steal another house 58/53 that belonged to Colin Vard’s company. She paid off the bank debt on the house with this money.



15) Colin Vard’s signature was forged on the transfer of the house 23/7 and land 23/3 to me.



16) Colin Vard’s signature was forged by Suchart Prommart in the transfer of his Toyota Wish to me.



17) Ananda Estates cheated Colin Vard from the very start. They had a plan to cheat him. I know something very bad happened with the shophouse 58/80 too. I think family of the police were involved.



18) Colin Vard had signed agreements with Ananda Estates that his company buy every property. Not me or Colin Vard the PPDC.



19) I do not understand Christian Prott. Colin Vard asked him to confirm all the properties were in his company name. Christian Prott lied to Colin Vard that they were.



20) Suchart Prommart has many friends in the police and with CK Finance and he controlled so much of the corruption against Colin Vard
