Annual leave stands at 10 works days beginning 1st January of each year. It is expected that
annual leave is taken within the year earned, however, if previously approved by your
manager and HR, up to 5 days of the leave entitlement not used in the year earned may be
carried over to the following year. This practice is discouraged, however, if this is the case
such leave must be consumed by 31st December of the following year or it will be forfeited.
